陳瑞琪先生,一九四八年出生于香港,廣東省江門市人。歷任廣東省江門市荷塘鎮委副書記,江門市林業經濟發展總公司、吉林省合裕金礦業有限公司、廣東大粵新能源科技股份有限公司、合裕投資有限公司總經理、副總經理等職務。
